"Back 2 School" Digital Campaign

Challenge:

Back to school was one of the biggest and most profitable times of the year at Hollar, so the challenge was to launch a season-long campaign to promote new and existing products. We wanted to leverage email, social media, and our site to drive it.

 

Key points include:

  • Leverage the low price points and product assortment 

  • Highlight the value of product bundles

  • Convince customers that Hollar is the one-stop-shop for back to school shopping

 

My Role:

Help develop an overarching campaign idea and write the copy for each of the assets.

The Outcome:

The overarching campaign idea we came up with was “back 2 school” — a retro, ’80s-’90s inspired campaign with fun Memphis designs and “old school” verbiage. The idea was to leverage nostalgia with millennial moms and create a fun campaign for the summer.
